Shipping & Dispatch

When do you dispatch orders?

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Do you provide tracking?

Yes — tracking is provided where available and will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

What if my parcel is delayed or missing?

Delivery timeframes can vary. If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us and we’ll help you follow it up with the carrier.

Local Pick-Up

Do you offer local pick-up?

Yes — local pick-up is available in Glendenning (NSW). Pick-up details are provided after checkout.

Showroom Visits

Do you have a showroom to view crystals?

Yes — Crystal Wonderland by Lisa is home-based and I have a shop set up so you can come and browse the full collection. To arrange a visit time, please text 0405 371 318 and we’ll book a time that suits.

Products & Natural Variations

Are your crystals genuine?

Yes — we sell genuine crystals and natural stones. Where an item is man-made, enhanced, coated, dyed, or reconstituted, we’ll always note it in the product information so you can shop with confidence.

Will my crystal look exactly like the photo?

Crystals are natural, so colour, pattern and inclusions can vary. We photograph items as accurately as possible.

Are inclusions/lines/cracks normal?

Yes — many stones naturally have inclusions, veils and surface texture. These are part of the crystal’s natural beauty.

Care Instructions

How do I cleanse and charge my crystals?

Popular options include smoke cleansing, selenite plates, sound, or moonlight. Some stones are water-sensitive — please check before using water.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Please see our Returns Policy for full details. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help.
