Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or partially refunded.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at lee20@me.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue quickly.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If your item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.


Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria above.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds will be issued for the item price only
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable


Return Shipping

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised items (special orders)
  • Gift cards

Sale items are not eligible for change of mind returns unless required under Australian Consumer Law.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to finalise the refund

Australian Consumer Law

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
