All orders are packed with care to ensure your crystals arrive safely.
Carriers & Tracking
We ship with Australia Post and Aramex.
All orders include tracking, which is emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched.
Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking link once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates (Standard Post)
- $14 Flat Rate Standard Shipping
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $150
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout where applicable.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier network. Metro areas are typically faster than regional or remote areas.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Safe Delivery Options
For added peace of mind, you may request signature on delivery or other secure delivery options at checkout (where available).
If no safe delivery option is selected, parcels may be left in a safe place at the carrier’s discretion.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, including transit delays, weather disruptions, or peak periods.
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered, it is considered successfully delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
