SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen or device settings.

As we sell natural crystals and stones, each piece will vary in colour, pattern, inclusions, and texture. These natural variations are not considered faults.

Where an item is man-made, enhanced, coated, dyed, or reconstituted, this will be clearly stated in the product description.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without notice.


SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received and processed.

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

All purchases are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Products are sold for personal use only and not for resale without permission.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change at any time without notice.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.


SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been dispatched, it is in the control of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

If tracking shows a parcel as delivered, it is considered delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery.


SECTION 5A – LOCAL PICK-UP & SHOWROOM VISITS

Local pickup is available in Glendenning, NSW.

Showroom visits are by appointment only. To arrange a visit, please text 0405 371 318.
