Refunds/Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • In its original packaging
  • With proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation)

 

How to start a return

 

To start a return, contact us at lee20@me.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, faults & wrong items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assess the issue and make it right.

 

If your item is confirmed as faulty/damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost and organise the return process with you.

 

Change of mind returns

 

If you’re returning an item due to change of mind, you are welcome to request a return within 30 days (provided it meets the eligibility criteria above).

Change of mind returns are at the customer’s expense, including return postage.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

 

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalised items (special orders)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (unless required by Australian Consumer Law)

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 


Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at lee20@me.com.


Australian Consumer Law

 

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
