How to Arrange Your Lay-by
- Choose the items you’d like.
- Email Lisa at lee20@me.com, text 0405 371 318 or message Crystal Wonderland By Lisa on Facebook.
- Include the product names or links.
- Lisa will confirm availability, your order total, payment schedule and lay-by terms before you commit.
Your Payment Schedule
Lay-by runs for 12 weeks, with payments made fortnightly. Your payment amounts and due dates will be confirmed when your lay-by is arranged.
Collection & Delivery
Your items will be ready for collection or dispatch once your lay-by is fully paid.
Local pickup is available in Glendenning, NSW, by appointment. We also ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand. Shipping charges will be confirmed as part of your lay-by arrangement.
Changes, Cancellations & Payment Difficulties
If you’re having difficulty making a payment, please let Lisa know. We’re very accommodating and happy to discuss a manageable arrangement with you.
If you need to change or cancel your lay-by, contact Lisa so we can discuss your options. Cancellation terms and any applicable charges will be explained before your lay-by begins.

Lay-by Terms & Conditions
Payment Period
Our standard lay-by period is 12 weeks, with fortnightly payments. Any alternative arrangement must be agreed with Lisa and confirmed in writing.
Your Written Agreement
Before your lay-by begins, you’ll receive a written agreement confirming your selected items, total price, any initial payment, instalment amounts, due dates, shipping charges and any applicable cancellation fee. You’ll receive a copy to keep.
Reserved Items
Once your lay-by is confirmed, your agreed items will be held for you until payment is completed or the agreement is cancelled.
Collection & Delivery
Items are released for collection or dispatch once the agreed total, including any delivery charges, has been paid in full. Local pickup is by appointment in Glendenning, NSW. Delivery is available Australia-wide and to New Zealand.
Payment Difficulties
If you’re having difficulty making a payment, please contact Lisa. We’re very accommodating and happy to discuss a manageable arrangement. Any changes to your payment schedule will be confirmed in writing.
Cancelling Your Lay-by
You may cancel your lay-by at any time before receiving your items. Payments will be refunded, less any lawful cancellation fee clearly specified in your written agreement before the lay-by began. Any such fee will not exceed our reasonable costs relating to the agreement.
Cancellation by Us
We may only cancel your lay-by if you breach the agreement, we cease trading, or your items become unavailable due to circumstances outside our control. If a payment is missed, we’ll try to contact you to discuss your options before cancelling.
If we cancel your lay-by, payments will be refunded and no cancellation fee will be charged.
Changes to Your Order
Please contact Lisa if you wish to change your selected items. Changes depend on availability and must be agreed in writing, including any adjustment to the total or payment schedule.
Your Consumer Rights
These terms do not exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
