Found something you love, but want to keep shopping before your parcel is sent? An Open Basket lets you purchase items over time and have them held for one combined shipment.
How It Works
- Contact Lisa to arrange your Open Basket.
- Purchase the pieces you’d like to add.
- Once your basket is arranged, select “Pick up” at checkout for additional orders so you aren’t charged postage again.
- Let Lisa know each new order belongs to your Open Basket. These orders will be held for shipping rather than collected.
- When you’re ready, contact Lisa to close your basket and finalise postage.
One Parcel, Combined Postage
Combining your orders can save on separate postage charges. The final shipping cost depends on your combined parcel’s weight, size and destination.
If you’ve already paid postage on an order, let Lisa know so it can be taken into account when shipping is finalised.

Open Basket Terms & Conditions
Arranging Your Basket
Please arrange your Open Basket with Lisa before selecting pickup for orders you want shipped later. Any agreed holding period will be confirmed when your basket is opened.
Payments
An Open Basket combines orders for shipping. It does not automatically create a payment plan. If you need to spread out payments, contact Lisa about our separate 12-week lay-by option.
Adding Orders
Please tell Lisa which orders belong to your basket so they can be kept together.
Shipping Charges
Final postage will be confirmed before dispatch. Any outstanding order balance and shipping charges must be paid before your basket is sent.
Delivery Details
Please confirm your current delivery address when closing your basket. We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand.
Changes & Cancellations
Contact Lisa if you need to change or cancel an order in your basket. Holding an order does not remove your consumer rights. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for applicable conditions.
